For companies reclaiming raised access floor panels or reaplacing carpet tiles the CC Series Conveyor can be utilized for either onsite removal or in house removal of adhesive. The system utiilizes high pressure water delivered via a rotating spray bar to effectively clean the adhesive without damaging the underlying coating. Diesel powered pumps are available if onsite operations are necessary. No chemicals or abrasives are used in the process giving you the peace of mind that the structural integrity of the component is not damaged or altered in any way.
Multiple panels are cleaned simultaneously using an aluminum carrier.
Processing time is greatly decreased resulting in decreased labor cost and quicker turnaround time.
Fully enclosed cleaning section alleviates flying debris and contains the UHP water stream creating a safe environment for those resposible for the cleaning process. An optional catch tank can also be added for waste water containment and pumping. An optional overflow to drain system for settling out solids and debris upstream of the drain is also available.
